Warranty Policy

ONECNA Electric Scooter Warranty and Return Policy

Our warranty covers all new electric scooters against defects in materials or workmanship for up to two years from the date of purchase. Coverage periods vary by component. If your electric scooter meets the warranty conditions and maintenance requirements described on this page, ONECNA will provide the applicable replacement parts at no cost.

If your electric scooter requires repairs or parts that are not covered by the warranty, please contact us. We will do our best to diagnose the problem and may offer replacement parts for a fee. If the scooter needs to be returned for inspection or repair, our customer service team will provide further instructions.

Warranty Overview

  1. To minimise waiting time, we generally provide replacement parts instead of repairing individual components.
  2. Damage caused during transportation must be reported to ONECNA within 14 days of delivery. This requirement applies to electric scooters and separately purchased accessories.
  3. Products purchased from the ONECNA official website, authorised offline stores, or authorised online retailers are eligible for warranty service under the applicable purchase channel.
  4. Components that meet the warranty conditions stated on this page will be covered according to the applicable warranty period.
  5. Components not covered by the warranty may still be available for paid replacement. For pricing and availability, please contact support@onecnascooter.com .
  6. Additional expenses arising from a product issue—including alternative transportation, fuel, carpooling, loss of use, or other incidental costs—are not covered.
  7. Warranty replacement parts will be shipped via UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, or another appropriate carrier, depending on the destination and package size. Expedited shipping is not available for warranty replacement parts.

Lifetime Technical Support

  1. Our technical support team will provide troubleshooting assistance and recommend appropriate solutions based on the information provided.
  2. A support representative will assist you throughout the troubleshooting and warranty claim process.
  3. Technical support remains available after the warranty period expires. However, customers are responsible for the cost of replacement parts and related services after the applicable warranty period.
  4. ONECNA may request additional documentation, including photographs, videos, order information, serial numbers, or troubleshooting results, to diagnose the issue and process a warranty claim.
  5. Most approved warranty replacement-part requests are processed within 1–10 business days after all required evidence has been received and verified. Replacement parts will not be shipped until the claim has been reviewed and approved.

What Qualifies for Warranty?

All of the following conditions must be met:

  3. The issue is caused by a defect in materials or workmanship and is not the result of normal wear, misuse, accidental damage, improper maintenance, or unauthorised modification.
  4. The customer can provide valid proof of purchase, including the order number, purchase date, product model, and purchasing channel.
  5. The customer provides the photographs, videos, serial numbers, and other documentation requested by ONECNA.

  3. Exposing the electric scooter to flooding, submersion, severe storms, hail, fire, or other extreme environmental conditions.

The following situations are not covered by warranty:

  • Deck grip tape (sandpaper), brake pads, and other consumable or wear-and-tear parts
  • Free gifts, bonus items and complimentary accessories included with your order are promotional give‑aways only. They are not covered under the product warranty. No warranty, replacement or re‑shipment will be provided for free gifts. Please contact customer service within 48 hours upon delivery if you receive defective free gifts; claims will not be accepted after this period.
  • Modified or altered scooters (including any unauthorised upgrades or customisations)
  • Damage resulting from unauthorised disassembly or repair
  • Damage caused by accidents, collisions, crashes, or other incidents
  • Scratches, scuffs, or cosmetic wear occurring during normal use
  • Warranty replacement parts that have been damaged due to misuse, abuse, or human error
  • If a warranty replacement part fails due to human-caused damage rather than a manufacturing defect, it will not be covered under warranty.

Sensors integrated into an electronic component are covered as part of that component. For example, Hall sensors inside the motor are covered under the motor warranty, while sensors inside the throttle are covered under the throttle warranty. Integrated sensors are not treated as separately warrantied components.

How Do I Claim My Warranty?

Products Purchased from the ONECNA Official Website

  1. Contact support@onecnascooter.com and provide your order number, product model, serial number, description of the problem, and clear photographs or videos showing the issue.
  2. ONECNA may provide troubleshooting instructions or request additional evidence before determining whether the issue qualifies for warranty coverage.
  3. Scooters or components returned without the required information or prior approval may be refused or experience processing delays.
  4. IMPORTANT: Do not return an electric scooter or component without prior written approval and return instructions from ONECNA. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
  5. If the claim is approved, ONECNA will provide the applicable replacement part or another appropriate warranty solution.
  6. Replacement parts provided under warranty do not restart or extend the original warranty period. They remain covered only for the remainder of the original product or component warranty period, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Products Purchased from an Authorised Retailer or Third-Party Platform

Products purchased from an authorised ONECNA retailer or third-party platform must generally be processed through the original purchasing channel. Please contact the store, platform, or authorised dealer from which the product was purchased and follow its warranty claim procedure.
