Shipping & Returns

How long does shipping take?
We ship from our North American warehouses. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days within the US and Canada. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. For international orders, delivery times vary by destination (7-15 business days).
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return period starting from the delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories. To start a return, please contact our support team.
- Returns due to product defects: We will cover the return shipping cost.
- Returns for personal reasons (non-defective items): The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Can I exchange my scooter for a different model?
Yes! If you'd like to exchange your GT7, GT8 PRO, or GT9 for a different model within 14 days of delivery, contact us first. The scooter must be in new condition. You'll be responsible for return shipping, and we'll apply your original payment toward the new model (price difference applies).
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders delivered within the United States.

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and carrier information. You can also log into your account on our website and view your order status under "Order History."
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or canceled as long as they have not yet been shipped. Please email us immediately at support@onecnascooter.com and include your order number. Once an order has been shipped, we will not be able to make any changes, but you may return the item in accordance with our return policy.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, as well as flexible installment options including Klarna and Afterpay for US customers. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption to protect your information.

What warranty do you offer on scooters?
All our scooters come with a 24-month manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidents, or misuse. Register your product after purchase to activate the warranty.
What are the differences between GT7, GT8 PRO, and GT9?
GT7: Entry-level model, ideal for urban commuting with balanced performance and portability.
GT8 PRO: Mid-range with enhanced motor power, longer range, and premium suspension.
GT9: Our flagship model featuring maximum speed, extended battery life, and advanced off-road capabilities.
