How long does delivery take?
Most scooter orders are delivered within 2–5 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped so you can follow your delivery in real time.

We offer free shipping on all scooter orders — no minimum purchase required.
What is the warranty period for your scooters?
We offer a 12-month limited warranty on the entire scooter, covering manufacturing defects in core components such as the motor, battery, and controller. The battery carries an additional 6-month warranty. Normal wear items (tires, brake pads) are not covered.
