No. ONECNA electric scooters are designed and certified for single riders only. Riding with a passenger exceeds the scooter's weight capacity, affects balance and braking performance, and is not legal in most U.S. states. For your safety and the safety of others, ONECNA strongly recommends that only one person rides at a time.

Yes, ONECNA strongly recommends wearing protective gear every time you ride. At minimum, always wear:

• Helmet — a properly fitted helmet is the most important piece of safety equipment
• Knee & Elbow Pads — protect against impact injuries in the event of a fall
• Gloves — improve grip and protect your hands

For high-speed riding on GT series scooters (45–55 MPH), we additionally recommend full-face helmets and protective riding jackets. Always ride responsibly and follow local traffic laws.

E-scooter regulations vary by state, city, and municipality. Most U.S. states allow electric scooters on roads and bike lanes, but rules around speed limits, helmet requirements, and permitted riding areas differ by location. ONECNA recommends checking your local laws before riding. Key things to verify: maximum legal speed, helmet requirements, whether e-scooters are permitted on sidewalks or bike lanes, and any registration or licensing requirements. Note: GT series scooters (GT7: 45 MPH, GT9: 55 MPH) may be classified as motor vehicles in some jurisdictions. Contact us at support@onecnascooter.com if you have questions.

ONECNA scooters have water resistance but are not fully waterproof. Light drizzle is generally okay — reduce speed and increase braking distance on wet surfaces. Avoid heavy rain or standing water as this can damage the battery, motor, and electronics. Dry the scooter thoroughly after riding in rain before charging. Speed and range vary by model. Here is a quick overview: T2 — up to 32 MPH, 35 miles range; T3 — up to 30 MPH, 40 miles range; T4 — up to 40 MPH, 50 miles range; A2 — up to 35 MPH, 45 miles range; GT7 — up to 45 MPH, 55 miles range; GT8 PRO — high-performance 6000W dual motor, 11-inch off-road tires; GT9 — up to 55 MPH, 7000W dual motor, 12-inch off-road tires. Actual range depends on rider weight, terrain, speed, and temperature. Figures reflect optimal conditions.

Most riders feel comfortable on an ONECNA scooter within 15–30 minutes of their first ride. Tips to get started safely: start in a flat, open area away from traffic; practice braking before riding at speed; use beginner/low-speed mode if available on your model; and always wear full protective gear (helmet, knee pads, elbow pads, gloves). If you're new to e-scooters, we recommend starting with the T2 or T3 commuter models before moving up to the high-performance GT series.

ONECNA accepts returns within 14 days of delivery. Key terms:

Quality Issues (within 14 days):

• ONECNA covers 100% of return shipping costs
• Resolution: free repair, replacement parts, or full refund/exchange
• Odometer must read under 10 miles; photo/video evidence required

Change of Mind (within 14 days):

• Restocking Fee: $130 USD / $180 CAD / €130 EUR per unit
• Return Shipping Fee: $160 USD / $220 CAD / €150 EUR (deducted from refund)
• Scooter must be in "As-New" condition with under 10 miles on odometer
• Accessories: no returns accepted for non-quality reasons

After 14 Days:

• Covered under our Warranty Policy
• Returns only accepted in exceptional cases; 20–30% depreciation fee applies; hard limit of 20 miles on odometer

RMA Process: Email support@onecnascooter.com for an RMA number → submit 5 photos of sealed box + odometer → refund issued within 10 business days after inspection.

All ONECNA electric scooters are covered by a manufacturer's warranty for manufacturing defects. Key highlights:

• Frame/Deck, Steering Stem, Handlebars, Speed Control Sensors: 24-month warranty
• Motor, Battery, Charger, Controller, Display, Headlight, Brakes, Suspension, Throttle: 12-month warranty
• Consumables (tyres, brake pads, grip tape, etc.) and free gift accessories are not covered
• Warranty is void if the scooter is submerged, modified, or used beyond weight/speed limits

To make a warranty claim, email support@onecnascooter.com with photos/video of the defect. Do not return any product without prior approval.
